Seriously, Un, SERIOUSLY?!?!?

Our nation, and likely the rest of the world, probably are pondering on just how seriously this Kim Jong-Un can be taken.  At age 28, he is a young and ill-prepared individual who has gained control of military forces and atomic arsenal as something of an inheritance.  Were it not for this fact, it is likely that the majority of the world would laugh him off as part of a momentary point of humor, now turned into a nagging irritant.

Yet, Kim Jong-Un DOES have access to this weaponry, and he seems intent on putting his threats of using them into action!  North Korea actually has sent warnings to The United States, stating that it’s military forces are clear to engage in attacks on The U.S. with “smaller, lighter, and diversified nuclear weapons”!  They are proclaiming that a “moment of explosion is approaching fast”, with acts of war set to begin “today or tomorrow”!

It is somewhat humorous because it is a war that North Korea / Kim Jong-Un would have NO CHANCE of winning.  It likely would be over before it could even begin, with The U.S. and it’s allies likely taking out (killing) Kim Jong-Un before he could try to launch anything at his so-called enemies!

I am listening to Anderson Cooper, now talking about how Kim Jong-Un was raised in something similar to a concentration camp, which is common for youths within North Korea.  His education was highly limited, to the point where Cooper has stated that Kim Jong-Un grew up not even knowing that Earth is round!  He was raised in a so-called state of luxury under his dictatorial father, Kim Jong-Il, as the common people of North Korea continued to suffer.

Now, Kim Jong-Un does have control of North Korea and it’s military forces.  It actually is unknown as to the actual amount of military prowess that this Asian nation actually posesses.  Yet, it is believed to have tested nuclear materials recently, as Kim Jong-Un has postured with threats to place nuclear arsenal on direct aim at The United States!

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has expressed concern over “rising tensions” out of North Korea.  Meanwhile, our nation has mentioned a coming effort to deploy missile defenses to the Pacific island of Guam in an effort to elevate this U.S. territory’s protection against potential military advances by North Korea.  Our nation likely does continue to consider Kim Jong-Un’s flustering actions as rhetoric and high-drama hot wind, yet we are aware that nothing can be taken for granted.  A young, un-tested, minimally-educated, and emotionally driven man has control of atomic arsenal which could be used to bring harm upon our nation, and/or our allies.  This can NOT and will NOT be allowed to occur!

United States Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel has stated that the comments from North Korea indeed are threats against The U.S. and it’s allies within the Asia-Pacific region.  Secretary Hagel stated that The U.S. has deployed The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System to Guam, in preparation for any possible military movements made by North Korea within the South Pacific region.

Well, it is bedtime, for me.  Like most other U.S. citizens, I will awaken in the morning, hearing about what Kim Jong-Un has attempted to do as I slept, along with any other inflammatory announcements that he has made.  It is funny that I just watched G.I. Joe:  Retaliation earlier this evening, and I am wondering why we have not sent some undercover agents into North Korea simply to take out Kim Jong-Un with one good shot to the dome?
